1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ScanVault ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ScanVault provides AI-powered sports card inventory management tools including card scanning, inventory tracking, Whatnot show management, and profit and loss reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription and pay-per-use basis.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
- Subscription plans are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled.
- One-time scan pack credits never expire and are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Scan Credits
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. One-time pack credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Each AI scan uses one credit regardless of how many cards are identified in the photo.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
- Share account access with other users
- Use automated tools to abuse the scanning system
7. Data and Privacy
Your inventory data is private to your account. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Disclaimers
AI card identification is provided as-is and may not be 100% accurate. ScanVault is not responsible for business decisions made based on inventory data. The Service is provided without warranty of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
ScanVault's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
